A Positive Outcome from our Junior Trials
As many people are aware, Autotest Drivers Club have been working with Motorsport UK for some time, to try to get the rules changed, to allow Junior Drivers to compete in 2 seater Sports cars, such as Mazda MX5s and MG Midgets.
Following our representations and Junior Trials, Motorsport UK will be posting a Consultation document on their website.
Please note, there are three sections to the notes –
AUTOTESTS
PRODUCTION CAR AUTOTESTS
AUTOSOLOS
The Consultation is only open for three weeks, ending on 31st October, with a planned implementation date of January 1st 2025.
Please respond to the consultation, as it is a vital part of getting young people involved in our sport at an early age, and in the sort of cars in which they want to compete.
Please also share this with anyone who might be interested in their young people getting involved in our sport.

ADC Awards Dinner 2024
A very enjoyable Awards Dinner was held in the Cohannon Inn to celebrate another successful year of motorsport in the club. Congratulations to all the award winners and thanks to everyone who has supported the club during the year. Photos from the event are available to view on the Gallery page.

CLAPA Donation
Autotest Drivers Committee members, Colin Earney, Andrew Earney and Harold Hassard presenting a cheque for £1100 to Shirley Gilliland, Carryduff Building Supplies for the Charity, CLAPA.
The money was raised at an event organised by ADC at Carryduff Building Supplies, and
CLAPA was the Charity chosen by the Gilliland family.

Annual General Meeting 2024
